The Promenade

A design proposal for a key gateway site on the south end of Southport promenade.

The 10 storey solution draws on the maritime location and the panoramic views available to the west over the Marine Lake and coast. All accommodation will have a west facing view and the proposal will create a new landmark and focal point for the seafront.
