Paul joined RAL in 2004. Paul is a talented designer. He has creative and innovative design flair with over 8 years experience in the Residential (Private sector and social housing), Commercial and school developments.

Jo joined RAL in 2007. Her recent university education offers advanced understanding of the CAD software and emerging sustainable design. Jo works closely with other members of the design team bringing fresh and new ideas to the table. She has had experience of university refurbishment, social housing, community centres and masterplanning.
